With liberalisation of the telecommunication markets in the Gulf and Middle East, and major changes in the business and technological markets, regulatory leaders, teams and specialists continue to be in hot demand - as the pace of change speeds up.
 
Regulators are looking to implement clear regulatory frameworks that are condusive to healthy competition as well as encourage commercially-friendly price regulation.  They are also looking to implement policies and economic incentives that encourage operators to share their networks and infrastructure to further foster competition.
